If you or any of your relatives, friends, or loved ones have used the services of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) for the purpose of receiving the Emergency Repair Program (ERP), then please pay attention to this. The Community Programs Division (CPD) of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) intimidates elderly Tennessee citizens with threats of violence and other coercive methods if these impoverished elderly citizens do not comply with the demands of the CPD. Besides this, the CPD engages in myriad questionable practices that need to be uncloaked. I have been a newspaper reporter since the 1990s along with being a professor at the University of Tennessee. I am not sure what anyone should have expected from a company boasting being endorsed by an aging outdated MS service such as Silverlight. If the person in charge had any sense, he would have done some research and figured out not only do most MS users not use Silverlight, support was ending in October 2021. Then they came across very douch-bagish on their Facebook page. I imagine the owner, or person in charge was in way over their head. This person obviously is terrible at research, marketing, PR, and SEO. It appeared they were trying to market some tracking app to ATV people. If the person in charge took about 2 seconds to search on Google they would have seen there is already a great app for that and many others copying off of it already. Market dilution means death for an app usually, Especially, for a start up. I have many years of start up experience. I could tell just by their indeed post they have no clue. I obviously dodged a bullet by being turned down. What would have been even worse is setting these half wits loose on my contacts. It has taken decades to build them, then one of these nitwits would have likely screwed that up in a few minutes. LOL Likely not though once they saw the "Sponsored by MS Silverlight". They'd likely laugh and pass on that alone.

Where did the IT company Hammertech go? Words of wisdom: Sometimes it's not what the people you hire know that make a difference but also who they know. This is especially true when it comes to people who know clientele that can pay the bills. Skills can be learned and taught. Public relations and networking, isn't so easy. Just Saying I guess HT got the ole shutdown /s /t 0 Advice: a real interview instead of those silly Indeed tests, is how you get to know people. One that you turned away happened to have many existing clientele they could have brought along with them.
